DO NOT sign the document'(s) Notary section before they are to be Notorized. Fill out everything else EXCEPT THE NOTARY SECTION And remember to bring in proper ID such as a Drivers licence or non-driver ID

 

The price for each Acknowledgement or Oath with a seal is $10.00 per Notarization. Marriages are $ 20.00 per lotarization , and a marriage licence MUST be obtained before Notarization

If someone else is noted on the document(s) ( such as a co signer ), that/those individual(s) MUST be present as well.

 

please bring at least 2 legal documents to identify yourself

 

It is extremely important to inform the client that I am NOT a Lawyer; and CANNOT and WILL not offer ANY legal nor friendly advice on how to sign or go about any part of your loan/document/other WHATSOEVER. I am simply there as a witness to your signing to make sure all the signers are present and that the documents are signed correctly.

 

DO NOT ask me to help fill out ANY document(s) or how to proceed besides where you or your cosigner ( if applicable )will be signing
